I'm Alvagh Cronin, Reiki Practitioner, Teacher and Author.

WHY I CREATED THIS PLATFORM

24 years ago, I was newly married to a wonderful man and had a great job. I was starting what seemed like the perfect new life. Except it wasn't. My so-called dream job was actually sucking the life out of me. I was so busy traveling the country, living from a suitcase, hosting training events, advising finance professionals on how to improve their businesses - I failed to see how I needed to improve my own self.

Two heartbreaking miscarriages later, I knew something had to change. I was at a crossroads, but I didn’t have a clue which path to follow.

I was always interested in ‘self improvement’ - I had every self-help book on the market. But looking back, deep down, I wasn’t sure that I deserved a better life.

When a friend recommended that I try Reiki energy clearance, I was skeptical. I didn’t really believe that anything could help … I was wrong about that. I was also wrong in thinking that I couldn’t take control of my own happiness.

Once I overcame my resistance to trying new things, my authentic journey began. After my first experience with Reiki, I felt immediately ‘released’ and this led directly to me demolishing my ‘hiding places’. I’m talking about numbing my pain with alcohol and other behaviors that weren’t actually serving me.

Best of all - it felt almost effortless. I began a process of self-discovery and gained amazing insights into what had been holding me back in every aspect of my life. I felt compelled to share this knowledge and experience to help other people. 

I became a Reiki practitioner and then a teacher. Over the years of working with many hundreds of people, I began to see patterns in how people revitalize and become happier in their lives.I started to develop and refine my own system for finding a way to live a life where inner peace and being ‘your own best friend’ are the central pillars. That system is T-R-E-A-T-S.

I’ve lost count of the number of people that I’ve been privileged to help on their journey from being ‘stuck’, to living an unburdened life of freedom and fulfillment. I know it sounds cheesy. But it’s true. 

Because I work either one-to-one or with small groups, my waiting list is always full. That means that so much of what I have discovered reaches a limited number of people. That’s why I created The Conscious Explorers. In the coming months, I will be launching exciting new online courses and publishing my second novel. I’m beyond delighted to open up these tools and techniques to the planet.
